HOUSES:
- Holes cut cleaned out and ready to fish
- Can cut 4 Hole minimum in any house
- Heat provided (vented LP gas heaters except in portables)
- Chairs provided
- No cook stoves or restrooms
- May have rattle reels
- Garbage cans provided - Use them
- No overnight rentals
- Please: No sunflower seeds, tobacco, cigarette butts or refuse in the holes

RENTER NEEDS:
- Bait
- Personal Tackle
- Rods and/or Jig Sticks, Spears, Decoys
- Light source (houses have 12 volt light fixtures, customer needs to be able to hook up to their car battery or use Coleman lantern or flashlights if later or early fishing)
- Food, snacks, beverages
- Must pay toll if not using public access
**We do our best to keep our houses on the fish, but do not guarantee your success in any way! Lakeland will not refund any part of your rental for that reason.**
